Wisdom is knowledge in action.
Free Activist Witchcamp is a fiery community made up of activists in every sense of the word street protestors and holistic health practitioners, permaculturists and musicians, radical faeries and mothers with babes in arms. We represent a smattering of priestesses from many different magical communities around the world. We come together to make magic and music, cook up visions and nourish ourselves, and to heal one another and the earth.
Robin Hood is a fierce Radical Faerie and edge-walking witch. He has been spotted joyously skipping down the rural roads of his garden island home dressed in a snappy green Lycra hose, a soft pink suede doublet and packing a shiny polka dot cod piece. Ever learning how to embody and express his own inherent mythic imagination through the practices of theatre, writing, dance and ritual, Robin Hood regularly practices and teaches ancestral magic, sacred drama and social justice work in Canada, the States, Asia and Mexico. He invites you to visit his web-site: www.playbacktraining.com. Robin is deeply honored to dance with you at the lip of Cerridwen’s cauldron.

Jude Elf - I am addicted to ecstatic transformative ritual and deep personal magic, and rejoice in sharing my passion for connecting to the divine through music, dance, and song. A life long activist, I am honored to work with Bread and Puppet, Mugwort, the Wild Turtles, and Shut it (VT Yankee) Down Now, and facilitate non-violent direct action prep. sessions with the New England Non-Violence Educators Collective. With Kidsfest, I help create large public rituals that gather the community to turn the wheel and honor the seasons. A song catcher, fire spinner, green witch and moon dancer, I am a member of a newly forming West African Dance and Culture Troupe. I teach magic, Hebrew, English, and kids of all ages in my local community and have taught at, and help organize, Vermont and Free Activist Witch Camps. I am bicoastal, living in the Bay Area of California and with my family on an organic farm in Vermont where she delights in the fireflies, fey, and elements of nature. I look forward to gathering with you around the fire; asking questions, telling stories, and creating a place where the impossible becomes possible.

Brook -
For me, practicing together the Craft of the Wise is a gift that we, the participants in a class, give to each other. Working group inter-personal process makes my heart sing. I find deep magic in the unfolding miracle of life. I'm a devotee to the Feri Black Heart of Innocence. www.magicbrook.com/teaching.htm.
My name is Peti. I'm a Witch, I'm a Singer, I'm a Traveler, and live in the Northern Part of Germany in the woods; enjoy very much the cycle of life in nature and in my own one. I am mother and grandmother, this circle is perfect in my life and I love it. One fine day I found this sentence in a flyer: "Maybe this camp will change your life" - I couldn't resist and joined in my first 'Hexencamp', the European Loreley Reclaiming Witchcamp in the Netherlands. Since that time I attended many Camps - Spanish Wintercamp, Dreamroads, Free Activist Witchcamp - as participant, organizer and supporter. I see myself as a webspinner, love to support and to hold the web, to be a part of our lovely community wherever I am. And yes, I love to sing, to share songs and magic, to bring people together, to instigate and to manifest. Some people call me 'song collector' - and I am looking forward to sing and share with you and you and you, very soon. I'm so excited and grateful!
