Paths - Here are some offerings. There are usually additional paths announced at camp.

Breath is Spirit in your body - Healing and Ecstasy through Transformational Breath® and Sacred Sound Voyages.
Facilitated by Peti Songcatcher and Taica Patience

As seekers of knowledge and the ways of the mysteries, we will midwife ourselves and each other into the unknown seeking our own truth and power. Each day we will journey together with Transformational Breath®. Transformational Breath® is for the committed seekers as it is a gateway for transformation and can manifest deep power. Balancing this deep work, we will celebrate and deepen our connections with sacred sound and co-created song, known and unknown, and the power of sound magic. The first instrument is the voice. Sound is an energy creator and a magical tool. When we vibrate together, we create community effortlessly. We will use song, sung meditations and trances, enchantment, and entonement, and any other musical approach that path members choose to share to heal ourselves, to help heal our communities and the world. We welcome all to consider this Path who have a willingness to go deep, and be witnessed, embraced, nurtured and inspired to awaken.

Note: To participate in this path, please bring each day:

• a camping mat that you can lie comfortably on for an hour (whatever you are sleeping on anyway could work),
• at least 3 pillows (you'll be happier with 4). If you don't have enough pillows you can come, and know that you will have a less comfortable and effective breathwork experience.
• a light weight blanket (a sleeping bag won't work as it will prevent us from working with your breath. If you don't have a blanket, you can still come, just know that you may be cold).
• Feel free to bring instruments of your choice, including drums and all other kinds (or not is ok too).
• A journal and a pen.

Additional item to consider:

• If you are able to bring a backjack chair, especially if you have any difficulty breathing into your chest, you will get much more from the week (If you type 'backjack chair' into an Internet search, you will find them). Please, do not let lack of a backjack stop you from coming however!

In this path we will explore some of life's greatest mysteries - Living, Dying, and their intimate connection to each other. In this a time of great challenges and changes, we are confronted on many different levels with loss; even in the birthing process we give way to change and the loss of youth as we step into parenthood. As Wars rage internally and externally, we are called to change the way western culture has viewed death and the way one dies. Although death is filled with sorrow, there is still life and love to tend to. We will use our stories, song, emotions, trance, divination, art and movement to create the space for compassion and empowered healing.

Rites Of Passage — Facilitated by Carissa and Riyana

Come. Join us as we explore the power and mystery of sacred story. Experience with us the magical tools of trance, release work, dreaming, and storytelling - tools we can use to midwife our own times of transformation. Delve into the magic of myth and story as we discover how to consciously shape our own evolution. Together we will ride the arc of story, hone our priestessing skills, and manifest our own great transformations. Using ritual, visual arts, movement, spell work, song, storytelling, and more, we invite our personal, collective, and ancestral myths to emerge, and open to hearing the stories that the land is constantly weaving all around us. Our stories are the stories of life, death and rebirth; the land sings stories of transformation and going down deep; our ancestors sing stories encoded in our cells and enshrouded in our dreams. These are all sacred teachings, and together, we will hold the paradox of learning to honor them as such and also how to work with them as pieces and tools of many-faceted selves. Weaving these stories, we will awaken deep empowerment and guidance from within and beyond ourselves.
